In San Francisco, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across California, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Day-old bread and end-of-day discounts are common if you ask.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 6 amβ12 am. Note that it does not open on Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (415) 665-4240. Delicious donuts including filled donut holes. I especially like the chocolate cake with chocolate icing and dusted with peanuts, which I have only found at this store. Friendly and welcoming staff. Can no longer dine in and tables along the walls have chairs on top of them.

These are the best donuts Iβve ever had! Me and my family were walking around the neighborhood and stumbled upon this place, every donut we got was perfectly fluffy, moist and delicious. Highly recommend to anyone craving donuts π©

A neighborhood gem! The outside signage is amazing. The Cambodian family that run it are super attentive and nice. Always a chill vibe in there and the Thai Iced Tea is on point. They have so many choices and I try to pick a new one every time. Canβt go wrong with a classic.

This has been a wonderful neighborhood staple throughout my life, affordable and reliable with good selection and quality donuts. Late nights riding the N towards the beach, this is one of the only places reliably there to get you food. During the December blackout, they were open and operating by candlelight. Couldn't love this place more

Checked out Donut World for their old school donuts. Open till midnight Friday/Saturday! Regular donuts are $1.95 USD, while specialty donuts are $1.95-$3.75 USD. - Apple fritter ($3.75 USD) - not the best I've had but decently sized. - Regular donuts ($10.50 USD for 6) - two buttermilk, two old fashioned, coconut cake and chocolate coconut cake. Favourite was the maple buttermilk. Decent donuts at DW. 3.5 stars.
